REFUND POLICY

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, whether personalized or non-personalized. All sales are final.

Personalized Items

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our laser engraved products, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Each item is made specifically to your specifications and cannot be resold.

Non-Personalized Items

Non-personalized items are also not eligible for return or exchange. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, we will gladly provide a replacement or full refund. To qualify:

  • You must contact us at laserlyimp@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Provide your order number and clear photos showing the damage
  • The item must be unused (aside from inspecting the damage)

How to Report Damage

Email us at laserlyimp@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will review your claim within 2-3 business days and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Order Errors

If we made an error with your personalization, engraving, or sent you the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will remake your item at no charge or provide a full refund.
