Processing Time

All orders are custom-made with personalized laser engraving. Please allow:

  • 3-5 business days for production and processing
  • 1-3 additional business days for shipping (depending on your location)

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Costs

We ship via USPS and other carriers within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days (including production time)
  • Expedited options may be available at checkout for faster delivery

Custom/Personalized Items

Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, production begins immediately after your order is placed. Please ensure all personalization details are correct before completing your purchase.

Shipping Damage

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at laserlyimp@gmail.com within 7 days with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as outlined in our Refund Policy.

We currently ship within the United States only.
